1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RepurposeAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RepurposeAI is an AI-powered content generation tool that helps creators and businesses repurpose ideas into social media posts for multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn.

3. Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
All activity that occurs under your account
Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Free & Pro Plans

Free Plan: Includes a limited number of content generations and regenerations per day. Limits reset every 24 hours.

Pro Plan ($9.99/month): Includes unlimited generations, unlimited regenerates, priority responses, and all custom tones. Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

Refund Policy: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. To request a refund, contact us at jwmain9@gmail.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RepurposeAI to:

Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
Create content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
Resell or redistribute access to the service without permission

7. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you input into RepurposeAI. You also own the AI-generated outputs produced for you. We do not claim any rights over your content.

By using the service, you grant RepurposeAI a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating outputs for you.

8. Intellectual Property

RepurposeAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RepurposeAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

RepurposeAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepurposeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
